Industrial trolleys are widely used across an array of industrial applications, KITO’s industrial trolleys are designed and curated to match along with chain pulley blocks or electric chain hoists. Offering simple and operation with high capacity holding trolleys is quite beneficial for logistical support.

Motorized Trolley

 KITO’s motorized trolleys are available from 125 kg to 5 tons capacity you can choose the capacity that meets your individual needs. Higher capacities are available on request. The MR2 is available with single traversing speed and contactor control or with dual traversing speed by means of a frequency inverter. 

Plain Trolley

KITO’s TSP easily bridges larger traversing distances for a load up to 5 t. Various capacities can be implemented according to your individual needs at any time without problems. KITO’s Plain Trolleys feature hardened heat-treated steel wheels that ensure reliable tracking and their sealed ball bearings avoid maintenance hassles and provide smooth operation.

The various kinds of suspensions in our crane system provide equal distribution of loads and prevent the tilting of the whole system. Our modular designs can be attached to a variety of structure types depending on the site conditions. KITO Aluminium Light Crane systems can economically, efficiently, and safely transport loads irrespective of the work weights and shapes. Its lightweight design and unique double wall type profile permits systems to be equipped with an array of numerous configurations. The rails’ precise tolerances, coupled with smooth running trolleys, also permit smoother operation, as compared to steel systems, which requires more pulling effort to operate.

PORTABLE CRANE

Smooth: KITO EQ series, electric chain hoists with dual speed Inverters & ALU Rail ensure smooth movement (Vertical & Horizontal). This helps in reducing load bouncing.

Safe: Electronic overload prevention device (E-OLL) is provided as a standard. This device stops operation immediately whenever an abnormal load is detected.

Long life: With M6 rating, KITO EQ series, electric chain hoists achieve a very long life. This results in high cost performance.
